Well, as previously, sort of....
Whilst claiming not to be affiliated with the "Mac OS X Version of Colloquy", there seems to be a small group of people working on a native client for the iPhone, and perhaps shortly the iPod Touch?
The client is based on the core of Colloquy, and should be available via Installer.app if you know what you're doing.

EPIC have pushed some new updates out the development doors, apparently both builds offer a hand-full of fixes, and nothing too drastic, as noted by the release posting:

This is a stable alpha release that fixes all of the known issues with epic5-0.3.4 and is stable enough to be targeted by scripts and packagers.
There are no earth-shattering backwards incompatable changes in this version, just continued development.
