The Colloquy team have been busy working on version 2.2 of their client, which is now available for download, offering - as always - a huge list of improvements and additions.

In addition to this, the previously jailbreak-only mobile version of Colloquy has finally been transformed into an official app, available via the AppStore. Mobile Colloquy is Presently priced at £1.19 for UK users.

Geert posted yesterday that Irssi 0.8.12 has been released to the public. The new release offers a good handful of new features and bug fixes, information on which can be found at the news file, linked below.

Well, as previously, sort of....

Whilst claiming not to be affiliated with the "Mac OS X Version of Colloquy", there seems to be a small group of people working on a native client for the iPhone, and perhaps shortly the iPod Touch?

The client is based on the core of Colloquy, and should be available via Installer.app if you know what you're doing.
